ServerCloud is a provider of IT hosting services, and as such, we do not manage the data, content, or applications hosted from our infrastructure. Our customers are in control of the data stored on the hosted system.
If you seek the identity or account information of a ServerCloud customer for a civil or criminal matter, you must email (criminal only), mail, or serve ServerCloud with a valid subpoena. For criminal matters, you must belong to the law enforcement community.

Intellectual property rights are respected. ServerCloud prohibits the use of the Services or third-party services to publish, submit, receive, upload, download, post, use, copy; to reproduce, transmit, retransmit, distribute, or store content or material; or to engage in any other activity that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of another person, including ServerCloud. Please see the terms of our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy, for the process to notify us regarding potential intellectual property rights infringement. You are required to comply with U.S. law governing copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other laws governing your use of the Services and intellectual property.
On receiving a valid civil subpoena, ServerCloud will promptly notify the customer whose information is sought by email or U.S. mail unless prohibited by law or a court order. If the circumstances do not amount to an emergency, ServerCloud will not immediately produce the customer information sought by the subpoena and will give the customer an opportunity to move to quash the subpoena in court. ServerCloud may charge an administration fee to the customer by charging the payment method the customer has on file with ServerCloud.
ServerCloud will charge the person or entity submitting the civil subpoena for costs associated with complying with the subpoena. Payment must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. Checks should be made out to Easy Online Solutions, Ltd.
ServerCloud’s subpoena compliance costs are as follows:
- Research or Discovery – $75 per hour
- Delivery – Cost as Billed
- Copies – $.30 per page
- Compact Discs – $10 per CD
- Storage Devices – $25 per unit
ServerCloud may also charge additional amounts for requests that require third-party charges or other expenses, including legal expenses.
